Service Lifecycle Manager

  • Work cross functionally with various IT teams to govern ITSM processes & ensure agreed timelines are achieved.
  • Owns & governs the process for onboarding of Applications, Infrastructure CIs such as servers, database, storage & network devices & provide sign-off to move to BAU.
  • Review Service Retirement plans & work with business and application teams to retire the applications, archive data, remove the application's interfaces, decommission and release software and infrastructure components.
  • Work with Service Now team & technical leads for proper integration of tools to maintain data accuracy & maintain CMDB Compliance score to the maximum.
  • Perform regular audits on CMDB information & commit to improve CI Completeness & Correctness via SIP activities.
  • Identify the opportunities for Service Catalog Automation & introduce new Catalogs for recurring activities to reduce manual efforts.
  • Track the Orphan & Unused devices to reclaim the capacity & reuse the storage for new projects as a cost saving initiative.
