PROJECT 5: POINT OF SALE(POS)

Jan 2023 to Present

DESCRIPTION:

POS is basically used by retailers to do customer registrations, Recharge/ top up, Sim activations, to generate Vouchers, to port in customers etc. Also to view the report related to their activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in the analysis, design, and construction phases of the project. Prepared and executed Test Cases and captured Test Results and reported bugs to developer.
• Performed System Testing, Smoke Testing, Functional, and Regression testing.
• Assigned the tasks of preparing test scripts and performing Black-box testing.
• Prepared daily status reports as per the planned and actual progress of deliverables.
• Provided Knowledge Transfer to new members of the project team.
• Direct interaction with the Client Business team for various queries.
• Developing and Maintaining Automated test scripts for Web Applications using Core Java with Selenium Web driver.
• Create, enhance, and maintain the automation framework using BDD Cucumber to ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability of test scripts.
• Integrate Automation scripts into the pipeline to enable automated execution on code commits.
• Responsible for automation code maintenance on Team Foundation Server for various environments.

PROJECT 4: REGISTRATION MANAGER (RM)

DESCRIPTION:

RM is enhanced Application used by retailers to do customer registrations where registrations, port in, top-up can be achieved in a same page which collects all necessary information from the customers in a single page and validation happens by integrating third party Comply cube.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute various types of testing such as Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and Sanity Testing to ensure the quality of the software.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the TestNG framework in Core Java.
• Collaborate with manual testers to identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation.
• Integrate test automation scripts into the build and deployment process using tools like Jenkins or other CI/CD systems.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify failures and issues.
• Maintain version control of automation scripts using GIT, ensuring proper branching and version management.
• Perform data-driven testing using various data sources and configurations within TestNG.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of automated tests by regularly maintaining and updating scripts as needed.

PROJECT 3: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

DESCRIPTION:

CRM is basically used by customer care people to support or to satisfy the customer’s needs whomever in the call. In this user can do balance transfer, partial balance transfer, Block/Unblock the SIM number, Block/Unblock voucher, generate call history, Top up history, Voucher Top up, Online top up, Activating the SIM, registering the new customer, changing the network services, SIM swap, MSISDN Swap etc. Admin users might have the full support and rights.

PROJECT 2: DISTRIBUTION AND SIM MANAGEMENT (DSM)

DESCRIPTION:

DSM is used by the business team to allocate sims and vouchers to the retailers and resellers,create new retailer,view the reports of every retailers,edit the hierarchy of the retailers,allocate top-ups for retailers and much more.

We provide APM’s for our end customers such as PayPal, Trust pay, Ban contact, IDEAL Etc
