Developing Product Design as per customer requirement. Design, Detailing, Modeling, Tolerance stack up, GD&T – CREO 7.0 & AutoCAD. Preparing Bill of Materials, Part drawings, Detailed drawings & Assembly drawings with CADD systems. Responsible for building Prototypes, Testing the product as per Customer’s spec. Product design through Reverse engineering. Concept proving by Prototype development. Design for Manufacturing / Assembly. Involving in part inspection. Involving in stage process for machining part. Ensured effective Communication with Customers and Vendors.
