Consulting Projects (Competed and Ongoing)

  • Curated and co-facilitated a 3-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Pastoral Leadership and Management for Dharmaram Vidhya Kshetram (DVK), Bangalore (July 5-7, 2023). The MDP was attended by 30 priests and nuns from across India.
  • Co-facilitated a Team Leadership session for all new HoDs and Program Coordinators of Christ University on July 7, 2023.
  • Initiated the design and implementation of a comprehensive one-year leadership training program, Toyota Advanced Leadership Coaching (TALC), for managers at Toyota Engines, Bangalore. The program started in February 2023 and is ongoing for the first batch of 22 managers in the positions of Manager to Deputy General Manager. The objective of the program is to enhance their leadership skills. The total expected revenue from the program is INR 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs). The rating for the program has been consistently above 4.4+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Ongoing training and consulting services to Tektronix (since 2021), a Fortune 500 and Fortune Future 50 company, for conducting a series of leadership training sessions with the theme of "Being the Change." The training series has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.3+ on a 5-point scale. The revenue generated from the training series is INR 212,000 (Two lakhs twelve thousand).
  • Organized and co-facilitated four Management Development Programs (MDPs) on HR Analytics since 2019. The program is a 3-4 day program that is conducted each year in September or October. More than 120 participants from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Nestle, HUL, Toyota, NTT Data, Microland, and L&T have taken part in the program. The program has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Conducted a program on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence for managers of EI Technologies in 2019. The program was well-received by the participants, and the revenue generated was INR 15,000.
  • Conducted an employee engagement study for the newly set-up India operations of a Taiwan-based semiconductor major in Bangalore in 2014. The project was valued at INR 2,20,000 and was completed over a period of three months (March-June). The study involved surveying over 50 employees and analyzing the data to identify areas where the company could improve employee engagement. The results of the study were presented to the company's management team and were used to develop a plan to improve employee engagement.
  • As Vice President, HR, Conducted a training program on Assessment and Development Centers for senior managers of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company in Chennai, in Mar 2007.
  • As Vice President, HR, designed and conducted 20 editions of a training program on Leading Teams for 240 mid-level managers of Allsec Technologies in Chennai between October 2005 and December 2006.

MOOC Development (Completed and Ongoing)

  • Developing a MOOC on Digital Wellbeing for Educators and Learners in OMO Classrooms, which will be hosted on the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) portal and accessible globally to all educators. The project has a funding of $19,200 and is completion date is Sep 2023.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Sexual Harassment Law in India, on Udemy (live since June 2014). The course has over 800 enrolments and has a rating of 4.2+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Organizational Structure Training (OST) in 2020. The course is custom designed for students of the School of Business and Management (SBM), Christ University. The course is mandatory for all new joiners to the SBM MBA program and has over 2,000 enrolments. The course was designed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to move the OST project online. The course has a rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Since 2014, have designed and developed over 35 video lectures on topics of Human Resource Management (HRM), Compensation, International HRM, Strategic Management, and Leadership for SBM MBA students. The video lectures are a part of the online learning module for the SBM MBA program and have been well-received by the students.

Consulting Projects

  • Curated and co-facilitated a 3-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Pastoral Leadership and Management for Dharmaram Vidhya Kshetram (DVK), Bangalore (July 5-7, 2023). The MDP was attended by 30 priests and nuns from across India.
  • Co-facilitated a Team Leadership session for all new HoDs and Program Coordinators of Christ University on July 7, 2023.
  • Initiated the design and implementation of a comprehensive one-year leadership training program, Toyota Advanced Leadership Coaching (TALC), for managers at Toyota Engines, Bangalore. The program started in February 2023 and is ongoing for the first batch of 22 managers in the positions of Manager to Deputy General Manager. The objective of the program is to enhance their leadership skills. The total expected revenue from the program is INR 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs). The rating for the program has been consistently above 4.4+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Ongoing training and consulting services to Tektronix (since 2021), a Fortune 500 and Fortune Future 50 company, for conducting a series of leadership training sessions with the theme of "Being the Change." The training series has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.3+ on a 5-point scale. The revenue generated from the training series is INR 212,000 (Two lakhs twelve thousand).
  • Organized and co-facilitated four Management Development Programs (MDPs) on HR Analytics since 2019. The program is a 3-4 day program that is conducted each year in September or October. More than 120 participants from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Nestle, HUL, Toyota, NTT Data, Microland, and L&T have taken part in the program. The program has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Conducted a program on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence for managers of EI Technologies in 2019. The program was well-received by the participants, and the revenue generated was INR 15,000.
  • Conducted an employee engagement study for the newly set-up India operations of a Taiwan-based semiconductor major in Bangalore in 2014. The project was valued at INR 2,20,000 and was completed over a period of three months (March-June). The study involved surveying over 50 employees and analyzing the data to identify areas where the company could improve employee engagement. The results of the study were presented to the company's management team and were used to develop a plan to improve employee engagement.
  • As Vice President, HR, Conducted a training program on Assessment and Development Centers for senior managers of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company in Chennai, in Mar 2007.
  • As Vice President, HR, designed and conducted 20 editions of a training program on Leading Teams for 240 mid-level managers of Allsec Technologies in Chennai between October 2005 and December 2006.

MOOC Development

  • Developing a MOOC on Digital Wellbeing for Educators and Learners in OMO Classrooms, which will be hosted on the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) portal and accessible globally to all educators. The project has a funding of $19,200 and is completion date is Sep 2023.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Sexual Harassment Law in India, on Udemy (live since June 2014). The course has over 800 enrolments and has a rating of 4.2+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Organizational Structure Training (OST) in 2020. The course is custom designed for students of the School of Business and Management (SBM), Christ University. The course is mandatory for all new joiners to the SBM MBA program and has over 2,000 enrolments. The course was designed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to move the OST project online. The course has a rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Since 2014, have designed and developed over 35 video lectures on topics of Human Resource Management (HRM), Compensation, International HRM, Strategic Management, and Leadership for SBM MBA students. The video lectures are a part of the online learning module for the SBM MBA program and have been well-received by the students.

Consulting Projects

  • Curated and co-facilitated a 3-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Pastoral Leadership and Management for Dharmaram Vidhya Kshetram (DVK), Bangalore (July 5-7, 2023). The MDP was attended by 30 priests and nuns from across India.
  • Co-facilitated a Team Leadership session for all new HoDs and Program Coordinators of Christ University on July 7, 2023.
  • Initiated the design and implementation of a comprehensive one-year leadership training program, Toyota Advanced Leadership Coaching (TALC), for managers at Toyota Engines, Bangalore. The program started in February 2023 and is ongoing for the first batch of 22 managers in the positions of Manager to Deputy General Manager. The objective of the program is to enhance their leadership skills. The total expected revenue from the program is INR 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs). The rating for the program has been consistently above 4.4+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Ongoing training and consulting services to Tektronix (since 2021), a Fortune 500 and Fortune Future 50 company, for conducting a series of leadership training sessions with the theme of "Being the Change." The training series has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.3+ on a 5-point scale. The revenue generated from the training series is INR 212,000 (Two lakhs twelve thousand).
  • Organized and co-facilitated four Management Development Programs (MDPs) on HR Analytics since 2019. The program is a 3-4 day program that is conducted each year in September or October. More than 120 participants from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Nestle, HUL, Toyota, NTT Data, Microland, and L&T have taken part in the program. The program has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Conducted a program on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence for managers of EI Technologies in 2019. The program was well-received by the participants, and the revenue generated was INR 15,000.
  • Conducted an employee engagement study for the newly set-up India operations of a Taiwan-based semiconductor major in Bangalore in 2014. The project was valued at INR 2,20,000 and was completed over a period of three months (March-June). The study involved surveying over 50 employees and analyzing the data to identify areas where the company could improve employee engagement. The results of the study were presented to the company's management team and were used to develop a plan to improve employee engagement.
  • As Vice President, HR, Conducted a training program on Assessment and Development Centers for senior managers of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company in Chennai, in Mar 2007.
  • As Vice President, HR, designed and conducted 20 editions of a training program on Leading Teams for 240 mid-level managers of Allsec Technologies in Chennai between October 2005 and December 2006.

MOOC Development

  • Developing a MOOC on Digital Wellbeing for Educators and Learners in OMO Classrooms, which will be hosted on the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) portal and accessible globally to all educators. The project has a funding of $19,200 and is completion date is Sep 2023.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Sexual Harassment Law in India, on Udemy (live since June 2014). The course has over 800 enrolments and has a rating of 4.2+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Organizational Structure Training (OST) in 2020. The course is custom designed for students of the School of Business and Management (SBM), Christ University. The course is mandatory for all new joiners to the SBM MBA program and has over 2,000 enrolments. The course was designed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to move the OST project online. The course has a rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Since 2014, have designed and developed over 35 video lectures on topics of Human Resource Management (HRM), Compensation, International HRM, Strategic Management, and Leadership for SBM MBA students. The video lectures are a part of the online learning module for the SBM MBA program and have been well-received by the students.

Consulting Projects

  • Curated and co-facilitated a 3-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Pastoral Leadership and Management for Dharmaram Vidhya Kshetram (DVK), Bangalore (July 5-7, 2023). The MDP was attended by 30 priests and nuns from across India.
  • Co-facilitated a Team Leadership session for all new HoDs and Program Coordinators of Christ University on July 7, 2023.
  • Initiated the design and implementation of a comprehensive one-year leadership training program, Toyota Advanced Leadership Coaching (TALC), for managers at Toyota Engines, Bangalore. The program started in February 2023 and is ongoing for the first batch of 22 managers in the positions of Manager to Deputy General Manager. The objective of the program is to enhance their leadership skills. The total expected revenue from the program is INR 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs). The rating for the program has been consistently above 4.4+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Ongoing training and consulting services to Tektronix (since 2021), a Fortune 500 and Fortune Future 50 company, for conducting a series of leadership training sessions with the theme of "Being the Change." The training series has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.3+ on a 5-point scale. The revenue generated from the training series is INR 212,000 (Two lakhs twelve thousand).
  • Organized and co-facilitated four Management Development Programs (MDPs) on HR Analytics since 2019. The program is a 3-4 day program that is conducted each year in September or October. More than 120 participants from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Nestle, HUL, Toyota, NTT Data, Microland, and L&T have taken part in the program. The program has been very well-received, with an overall rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Conducted a program on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence for managers of EI Technologies in 2019. The program was well-received by the participants, and the revenue generated was INR 15,000.
  • Conducted an employee engagement study for the newly set-up India operations of a Taiwan-based semiconductor major in Bangalore in 2014. The project was valued at INR 2,20,000 and was completed over a period of three months (March-June). The study involved surveying over 50 employees and analyzing the data to identify areas where the company could improve employee engagement. The results of the study were presented to the company's management team and were used to develop a plan to improve employee engagement.
  • As Vice President, HR, Conducted a training program on Assessment and Development Centers for senior managers of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company in Chennai, in Mar 2007.
  • As Vice President, HR, designed and conducted 20 editions of a training program on Leading Teams for 240 mid-level managers of Allsec Technologies in Chennai between October 2005 and December 2006.

MOOC Development

  • Developing a MOOC on Digital Wellbeing for Educators and Learners in OMO Classrooms, which will be hosted on the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) portal and accessible globally to all educators. The project has a funding of $19,200 and is completion date is Sep 2023.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Sexual Harassment Law in India, on Udemy (live since June 2014). The course has over 800 enrolments and has a rating of 4.2+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Designed and developed a MOOC on Organizational Structure Training (OST) in 2020. The course is custom designed for students of the School of Business and Management (SBM), Christ University. The course is mandatory for all new joiners to the SBM MBA program and has over 2,000 enrolments. The course was designed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to move the OST project online. The course has a rating of 4.5+ on a 5-point scale.
  • Since 2014, have designed and developed over 35 video lectures on topics of Human Resource Management (HRM), Compensation, International HRM, Strategic Management, and Leadership for SBM MBA students. The video lectures are a part of the online learning module for the SBM MBA program and have been well-received by the students.
