• Supervising in Packing section of the finished goods.
• Carrying out day to day preventive maintenance activities by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP) for each and every activities carried out with utmost safety and ensured zero harm to the manpower working in the plant.
• Condition Monitoring of the Equipment performance regularly and to troubleshoot the problems to analyze the frequently failed rotating equipment’s in boilers and its Accessories to ensure efficient operation of the Boiler.

• To follow-up make coordination with purchase department and with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment as per schedule to meet the project requirement.
• To monitor project scheduling including material & manpower planning.
• To conduct various safety Awareness program to impart the employees the essence of safe working.
• Implementing safety standards by strict adherence to Permit To Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) system and adhering to HSE polices.
• To identify the hazards prone zone and to rectify those hazards to avoid accidents.
• Responsible for providing all the Rotating and Static Equipment’s in the plant to operation team in a proper and efficiently working condition and to attend any maintenance related calls from the operation team and to complete the work on time without affecting the production schedule.
• Responsible for maintain MTBF, MTTR and MTTF of critical equipment in the plant thereby improving the overall productivity and enhancing the OEE of the equipment.
• To ensure that the maintenance team adheres to the Preventive maintenance schedule and to update all maintenance related works in SAP (PM Module) to quantify the usage of men and material for each work carried out.
• Carrying out all statutory requirements like Pressure testing of Pressure vessels, calibration of instruments & lifting tools And tackles.
