• Collaborated with cross-functional teams and scope owners to define and implement corrective action plans for PQ issues.
• Documented and tracked the implementation of action plans that resolve the PQ issues
• Participated in Digital Mockup (DMU) and Virtual Reality (VR) sessions to assess visual and assembly quality risks.
• Modeled 3D parts using CATIA V5 (Part Design Workbench) for adapting the Marseille roof arch to an existing Automated People Mover (APM).
• Reviewed train interiors for PQ, gaining insights into tolerance stack-up, conical gap, and conical flushness control.
• Attended global PQ meetings and internal trainings to learn about junction definition and Kano model balance for interior design.
• Visited the Sri City site for real-time observation of PQ issues on DMRC units, understanding root causes like drawing detail omissions and improper assembly fitment.
