• BNY Mellon CRM Implementation & Sales Enhancements - Led the successful implementation and continuous enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the BNY Mellon sales team. My work focused on architecting and developing solutions to meet complex business needs by creating custom plugins, writing JavaScript, and automating workflows with Power Automate. • Campaign Member Sync & Batch Processing – Architected and deployed Azure Functions to handle large-scale campaign member synchronization and batch processing, enabling near real-time updates and ensuring scalability for enterprise marketing operations.
• Universal Product Management Integration – Developed Azure Function to integrate and synchronize high-volume organizational product data from UPM into Dynamics CRM with LOB-level granularity. • AI-Powered Lead Recommendation Engine Integration - As the sole Senior Dynamics 365 Architect & Developer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of a critical integration.
