RealSports.Ai (www.realaisports.com) is an ML and AI based athlete-coach centric multi-sport eco-system that provides automatic data / video capture and the analytics for athletes when they play in the smart grounds..

• Developed the entire business concept and converted into a tangible product
• Raised pre-seed USD$100K to develop the MVP
• Lead the tech team as the product owner to ensure highest level of user experience
• Established B2B relationships and investor connects to enable the product to scale up

Atchayam set out to solve the perennial problem of "poor access to good food while on the move" using robotic fresh food retail machines.

• Developed the first set of hardware, the technology and the eco-system for Foodbox, which later become Frshly.
• As the Founder / CEO, raised USD 1M seed capital and set up the business from scratch.

Handled multiple engineering projects to achieve specific organisational goals:

• Developed a patented method for forming carbon blocks using RF to achieve $3M per year in savings.
• Led a 3 country - cross functional team to rationalize product portfolio as a part of key raw material change program and achieved $500K per year in savings.
• Deployed capital in an efficient manner to support new process and new product launches for the company, including production capability expansions in China and Mexico
• Managed a team of engineers and technicians that supported the flat stock and filter devices manufacturing plant.
