• In my capacity as a consultant, I ensured the viability and sustainability of the ICU for 4 years. ·From a nascent stage I gradually worked towards improving admission and also outcome in the ICU. We would take in a variety of cases, including road traffic accidents, poisonings, along with medical and surgical emergencies.
• I would collaborate with other specialists to optimize the cases, working for the standardization, improvement, innovation, and management of a variety of challenging cases.
• I was involved in the training of nurses and junior doctors in the basics of emergency care.
• Being a BLS/ACLS tutor, I conducted BLS/ACLS workshops not only in hospitals, but also in the public domain.

• I am Independently looking over 3 bedded Cardiothoracic ICU and in regular rotation as consultant in ICU 17 bedded Medical and Surgical ICU.

• Here I worked in a 19 bedded Cardio thoracic and vascular intensive care unit under the able guidance of Dr. Graeme Mc Claren and Dr Ramanathan.
• I underwent One year fellowship program which is accredited for medical intensive care specialist training from College of Intensive care medicine of Australia and New Zealand.
• Initial assessment, resuscitation, diagnosis and management of Post cardio thoracic and Vascular patients.
• Management of post-operative complications like Post CABG coagulopathy, Cardiac tamponade, Bleeding, pulmonary embolism, Limb ischemia, Refractory shock, Cardiac arrhythmia's, Post op cardiac failure management Neurologic injury, Respiratory failure and ARDS with nosocomial infection.
• Managing post op complication of Cardiac valve replacement, Aortic dissection repair Minimal invasive cardiac surgeries.
• Management of Acute Kidney injury, Initiation and maintaining of CRRT.
• Manage patient supported on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Initiation and maintaining and decannulation of VAECMO / VV ECMO / VAV ECMO. Manage troubleshooting ECMO emergencies.
• Inter and intra hospital transfer of critically ill patients for CT, MRI.
• Ultrasound hands on training in FAST Cardiac scan. Bed side ECHO and Lung ultrasound.

• As junior consultant I independently took decisions regarding admission discharge procedures, counsel the patients and relatives, perform interventions as deemed necessary.
• I regularly attended teaching programs, life support training to update my skills.

• Company Overview: This is a 400-bedded, level 1 tertiary trauma care center.
• Here, I worked in a 10-bedded surgical and trauma intensive care unit under the able guidance of Dr. Balasubramanium.

This is a government hospital catering to health care services in remote, rural areas. I was independently in charge of providing healthcare to a population of 10,000 people.

• I worked as a supervised trainee in managing cardiac patients with myocardial infarction, in the cardiology OPD in shifts, in patients in wards, and in the cardiac ICU. Hands-on training in cardiac temporary pacing, cardioversion, and intubation in cardiac emergencies.
