Description of Duties as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER:

· Responsibilities as Section In charge for the Project to execute project with conform to the provisions of the contract agreement, Quality and Safety.

· Responsible for obtaining authorities’ permissions and estimation for utilities shifting and tree cutting.

· Identifying and liasoning borrow area for construction of earthwork with lesser lead and as per provision of ACE.

· Construction of EMB, SUBGRADE, GSB, DLC and PQC as per specification of MORTH. Including all in-situ and laboratory tests to be conducted to approve the same.

· Construction of RE wall, PCC toe wall and RCC toe wall.

· Ensure that the construction work in accomplishes in accordance with technical specification.

· To prepare monthly program of activities achieve the same.

· Minimize wastage of construction material with innovative idea and practices.

· Develop my subordinate by giving trainings and sharing knowledge.

· Arrange labour contractor for structure and road work.

· To assess surveyors and supervisors whenever necessary, so that work smoothened with quality and safety.

· Preparation/checking of measurement recorded at the end of month.

· Earthwork quantity calculation using cross section and P&P.

· Ensure preparation of all the field test reports along with RFI as required by the Authority Engineer, Test Plans and Formats.

· Responsible for the mobilization and setup of camp and preconstruction activities.

Description of Duties as ASSISTANT MANAGER (CIVIL):

· Handling section of 40 km of road as an Asphalt laying in charge.

· Responsible for laying of asphalt layer and to be checked and making final for IPC.

· To prepare monthly program of activities achieve the same

· Develop my subordinate by giving trainings and sharing knowledge.

· To assess surveyors and supervisors whenever necessary, so that work smoothened with quality and safety.

· Preparation/checking of measurement recorded at the end of month.

· Ensure that the construction work in accomplishes in accordance with technical specification.

· Ensure strict compliance of IRC code/IS code/ Ministry of surface transport publication mentioned in the CA for project work.

Description of Duties as SITE ENGINEER CIVIL:

• Executing and handling section of 10 km. Of road including box and pipe culverts.
• To execute and supervise construction of EMB, SUBGRADE, GSB, WMM as per specification of MORTH.
• Including all in-situ and laboratory tests to be conducted to approve the same.
• To prepare weekly plan of activities and paver movement plan and achieve the same.
• To assess surveyors and supervisors whenever necessary, so that work smoothened with quality.
• DPR reporting to project manager.
• Preparation of DDS slips and measurement book.
• Also, responsible to lay DBM and BC with automatic sensor paver (VOGLE-super 1800)
• Construction of BUSBAY, TRUCKBAY, BUSSHELTER AND FOUDATIONS, all highway furniture, painting, road marking, RCC side drain, and kerb, Med. Opening, junction development.
• Maintain strip chart of various road crust layer for designating RFI no and Date of approval.

Description of Duties as SITE ENGINEER CIVIL:

· Execution AND Supervision of Tower construction comprises of Raft Foundation, INDIVIDUAL FOOTING, Columns Tie Beams, Tower Erection and their assembling with testing conducted at site.

· Making BBS of steel for foundation as per detailed drawing.

· To send Soil sample to laboratory for confirming suitability.

· To record measurements and prepare MB.

· Meetings and Discussion with Contractor construction team to resolve project issues.

· DPR Reporting to cluster manager.

· Involve in activities like, D.G. commissioning, SMPS commi. A.C. commi.

• Also supervise SHELTER installation.
