- Started working for international clients for variety of IT Services from Development of Websites in different technologies from Frameworks to Core to provide highly dynamic solutions including mobile application based projects also using Native and Hybrid Frameworks.
- Also my joining actually introduced the mobile application development to this companies portfolio and started hiring as i was continuously handling team building , structuring and interviewing process.
- As my role required multiple skill sets and operations because of startup nature of the company i was also responsible for project management of about 90% projects of all types and also involved sales where i contributed 60%+ revenue in first year and 75%+ revenue in the second year and gained incentives.
- The industries that we were catering majorly involved Healthcare and Ecommerce based solutions. Along with that we were catering many different business that were service providers covering Canada , France , UK and majorly USA. Worked on over average of 15 Projects on monthly basis with my team.
- As i have a habit of learning and optimizing things and methods from time to time so i also created , adopted and trained new automated flows and tools like Hubspot , Online Attendance system , Project management flow , Email templates for every stage of the development and delivery Plus Incentive pitching templates for current and upcoming members of team and company.
- I dedicated my 2+ Years in this organization and contributed countless hours working hybrid in Day and Night Shifts to handle the development team and clients at same time. I love working as it keeps my creative mind going and learning as i believe in evolving whenever it is needed.

- We founded this company to bring tech awareness in college's curriculum and students about new upcoming technologies that will help the explore and be ready for future industry.
- We started planning from scratch to bring influencers in their respective fields from all over the country , we started gathering sponsors then venues then enrolling students and along with that merch and catering.
- Main motive behind this was to make the college students ready for the future change of technologies towards AI , Blockchain and Cyber Security.
- We did small corporate Hackathons and College Hackathons that inspired many students to start their own startups as well with out experience and guidance right during their college days.
- We finally reached the break-even point as we were dependant on sponsors and physical events as covid started it dis-balanced the company.

- Me and my colleagues from our college started IT Service startup that provided Hybrid Mobile Application development services at reasonable expense and we were getting clients directly through our network.
- We started with mini team and expanded it to 25+ team members working in Native & Hybrid Mobile Development as well as Web development team along with that QA and Testers.
- Throughout the tenure we were able to engage with more than 100+ somewhat unique ideas and able to deal with 50+ ideas from big to small. They came up with vision and we provided technical/software expertise along with any launch based consultation that they required.
- We were able to cover Education , Law , B2B , Photographers , Government , Sports , Food Industry , Cattle Farmers , Artists and Social Media plus many others with total variety of ideas.
- We used our contacts and networks to get those projects where i was acting as Technical officer dealing with clients as i love communicating for brainstorming and research then creating Pitch Decks or Quotation along with other necessary documents then leading the technical team to the launch of the projects.
- We also had multiple achievements like Startups of the year 2018 and selection in some corporate events domestically.
- It went south 3-6 months into Covid as clients were short on payments and we started to get less new clients so we started informing our employees to look for other options and we paid them until they found alternatives where we consumed our savings as well as some refunds to client because of too much imbalance.

- Apart from academics during that same period in additional time i have done very exciting and extra curricular plus personality , skill based activities / projects / participations.
