• This project involves the creation of entities like villages, units, and residents.
• It primarily focuses on different user processes, like Move In, Move Out, refurbishment works, Finalize Move Out, and Estimate of Entitlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed crucial user processes that drive the whole flow of the RaPT application.
• Worked on developing the different user features in the RaPT site related to notification services, and other UI/UX features.

Description:

OIR project is divided into three main streams: CiTF, ESOL, and SWIS.

• CiTF (Compliance in the Field), which deals with the creation of compliance cases (Complaint, Incident, Proactive, and Request for Inspector Assistance), and education cases.
• ESOL deals with the electrical licensing issues for the applicants when the assessment and the applicant details are validated by the assessor, and finally, a license card is generated for the applicants if approved.
• SWIS deals with the management of investigation cases.
• Implemented external user portals for case creation in CiTF and application submissions in ESOL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executed project tasks within agile methodology, attending sprint planning and retrospective sessions for continuous improvement.
