 Preparing all check list related to testing and commissioning works for DC/AC cables, PV Module string, Combiner box, MV/DC Power cables, Earthing system, UPS and CCTV etc. as per project specs.

 Preparing all test reports for DC/AC cables, PV Module string, Combiner box, MV/DC Power cables, Earthing system, UPS and CCTV etc. as per project specs.

 Taking approval from Client/Consultant for all check list and test reports.

 Managing subcontractor work daily basis and arranging work front for subcontractor from construction team at project.

 Monitoring subcontractor work for testing & commissioning of Module to Module, String cable, String Combiner Box, Inverter and Transformer with MV Panel as per project QHSE plan.

 Taking care of Testing & Commissioning documents of the entire project including checklist, procedures, test reports, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, and other QA/QC documents.

 Managing subcontractor’s work as per main contractor weekly/monthly project schedule.

 Taking approvals of MEP installations as per approved submittals from the Consultant.

 Provide Interface between MEP Contractor and MEP Consultants as a main contractor’s representative.

 Monitor project schedule as per main contractor schedule.

 Review MEP contractor’s submission (working Drawings, Method Statements, and Raw Materials etc.) to consultants and follow up with Consultant for approval.

 Attend weekly progress meetings with Construction personnel, with Consultants on technical issues.

 Complying with all Company Policies, Quality Procedures, Statutory Regulations and Project drawings/specification.

 Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria for the Project.

 Issuing instruction to Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Engineer and MEP subcontractors to complete work in accordance with program requirement.

 Ensuring scheduling and allocation of resources is sufficient to meet program deadlines.

 Monitoring all subcontract activities to ensure quality and progress are maintained.

 Review short term planning and progress and advise Project Manager/Project Planning Manager of any difficulties/shortfalls in output.

 Management of materials and equipment delivery.

 Coordinating meeting with MEP Coordinator and subcontractors to organize work on day to day, week to week basis .

 Coordination & liaison with Consultant, Project Manager, Design team and Client.

• Controlled engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.
• Maintained project schedule by monitoring employee performance.
• Determined project specifications by thoroughly studying performance standards, requirements and technical studies.

· Documentation part – Work requisition with detailed BOQ for Site Offices & MSEDCL construction power Supply, Material Protocol, Quality Check list, Weekly progress Report, Schedule Tracking, Material Tracker, Mom’s, Quadra Billing, Measurement Sheets, Etc,.

· Overall Control and Support for Individual Staff for getting good Productivity.

· Supervising and rectifying the works in good Quality measures.

· Design coordination with Service consultant for GFC Drawing Approval & Sample approval
