ACE11 Migration (On-prem to GCP) - The ESB WMB version 7.0 has been the backbone of the client’s Integration Architecture, supporting over 300 interfaces, including critical ones related to MES, CRM, and plant floor operations. However, the platform reached its End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) in 2016, with extended support ending in 2018, placing the business at significant risk of disruption and preventing real-time data exchange between systems.
The migration project aims to transfer all interfaces from ESB WMB v7.0 and IIB-10 to IBM ACE v11, which will operate in a containerized environment using a Cloud Native approach. Post-migration, the interfaces will be managed under a DevOps model, ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
