• The project involved building a customized sales management solution on Salesforce Sales Cloud to streamline and automate the lead-to-order process for internal sales teams. The system was designed to track opportunities, automate approval workflows, provide sales insights, and ensure secure role-based access

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented custom objects and fields to meet complex business data requirements.
• Managed user access and security through profiles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.
• Designed an automated approval system using Salesforce approval process and flows.
• Used Apex to update records post final approval and notify downstream systems via future/invocable methods .
• Developed and maintained Apex triggers for business logic, ensuring scalable and bulk-safe code.
• Created Batch Apex and Schedulable classes for handling large data volumes and scheduled operations.
• Built Future methods and Invocable methods to support asynchronous and Flow-driven operations.
• Automated workflows using Record-Triggered Flows and Process Builder , reducing manual tasks.
• Designed custom reports and dashboards for sales and operational teams to track KPIs.
• Gained hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for UI customizations.
• Used GitHub for source control, managing code through feature branches and pull requests.
