• Expertise in managing Maintenance Operations for reducing Breakdown & Enhancing operational effectiveness of Equipment.
• Knowledge of systems and regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP,WHO, cGMP.
• Successfully implemented plant capacity enhancement ,Energy conservation activities like provision of VFD’S for Cooling Tower Pumps, Boiler ID Fan, AHU, Reduction of cycle time in ANFD & Reactors, Reduction of Power consumption for Air compressors.
• Spares identification, selection of party for purchasing spares and new equipment.
• Ensuring annual maintenance of various utilities/Equipments by coordinating with AMC vendors.
• Ensuring safety precautions are followed by team during works .
• Maintaining & control on various documentation in department.
• Adopting simple automation and control methods to improve Process.
• Play an active role in achieving set targeted KPMs like specific Power consumption, R&M cost etc which are significant contribution to reduce production cost.

• Preventive Maintenance of transformers, VCBs, ACB, Motors, DG sets, PCC panels, MCC panel, Batteries and Battery chargers, capacitor banks, AMF panels.
• Maintenance and Operation of 132/11KV & 33/11 KV switch yard equipped with:

a} 2* 20MVA, 132/11KV & 33/0.433 KV OLTC Power Transformers.

b} 145 KV, 1250 Amp, SF6 Circuit Breakers.

c) Related protection Relay panels, Control panels and Battery chargers.

• Maintenance, Operation and Trouble shooting of Sub-station equipped with:

a} 2 MVA,11/0.433 KV Power transformers,

b) 2 MVA, 11/3.3 KV Power Transformers,

c) Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs), SF6 breakers & Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) and related control &relay panels,

d) 725 KVAR, 3.3 KV HT and LT Capacitor banks.

• Maintenance, Operation and Troubleshooting of HT Motors up to 3.3 KV, 250 KW.
• Maintenance and Trouble shooting of LT motors rated up to 400KW.
• Involved in maintenance and Trouble shooting of variable speed A.C Drives rated up to 50 HP and D.C drives up to 3 HP.
• Electrical Maintenance of production and Utility blocks equipped with reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, Vacuum tray driers, Vacuum vibrating Driers, Multimillers, Vibrating Shifters, Micronisers, Blenders, Air compressors, chilling compressors, Nitrogen plants, cooling towers, Vacuum pumps, Process pumps, HVAC system etc.
• Calibration of QC and plant instruments like Temperature Indicators & Controllers, Temperature sensors, R.H indicators, pH Indicators & Controllers, Conductivity meters, ORP meters, Flow meters, level Transmitters, Weighing balances, etc.
• Involved in Maintenance, Operation and Trouble shooting of HSD fired and furnace oil fired Boilers up to 6 Ton capacity.
• Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting of RO plants equipped with PLC Automation.
• Some concepts on Operation, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Chilling plants, Air conditioning Units and A.C. Stations (equipped with Automatic control system) and HVAC system.
• Implementation of condition monitoring activities like Thermography, Dissolved gas analysis(DGA) on Transformer oil, Effectiveness of Earth pits, Earthing effectiveness of solvent storage tanks, pipe lines & reactors, IR&PI and Tan Delta tests of Power Cables.
• Testing of current and voltage operated protection relays.
• Installation and commissioning of UPS of different ranges up to 80KVA.

• Experience in supervising, erection and commissioning activities of HT/LT installations such as substations, Switchgear, motors, distribution transformers, cabling, Earthing, Lightning protection and Diesel generator sets.
• Involved in erection of Bulk drug production blocks (Both FDA &Non FDA production blocks).
• Involved in erection and commissioning of 5MVA, 33/11 KV and 1.6 MVA, 11/0.433KV Power transformers and related HT & LT panels.
• Involved in estimation and costing of electrical projects (Related Bulk Drug production blocks).
• Involved in erection & commissioning and maintenance activities of R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) water system of M/s. AQUATECH, M/s. NEELA, M/S WIPRO equipped with Allen Bradley 1200 / ABB series PLC.

• MS office, MIS reports preparation.
• SAP/ERP–Creation of Notification & Orders and order settlements, BOM Updating, Purchase Requisition, Preparation of Service PR's & PO’S and SAP-PM’s.
