· Identifies growth opportunities for the dealership and strives to build competitive advantage in areas like Channel Reach, Service Retention, Exchange Business, Accessories and Spares etc. Aligns the Dealership Operations to the principles laid down by OEM and takes appropriate actions in case of gaps.
