• Monitoring Mechanical Activities: Oversee all mechanical operations, ensuring they meet project requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• PEB Structure Fabrication & Erection: Supervise and verify the fabrication and installation of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety norms.
• Fire Fighting Systems: Monitor the installation and functionality of firefighting systems, including pipelines, tanks, and related equipment, ensuring their readiness for emergency situations.
• Chiller Plant project: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of chiller plants, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to safety standards.
• Water Tank Management: Ensure proper installation, testing, and maintenance of raw water tanks, effluent treatment plants (ETP), water treatment plants (WTP), and sewage treatment plants (STP).
• Involve Boiler, Chimney, Conveyer, Back filter, Cyclone, Ash silo All Erection & commissioning activities.
• Equipment Erection and Alignment Checking: Supervise the erection and alignment of major equipment, including boilers, ensuring they are correctly installed and fully functional.

Project: 6MTPA IOPP Project

• In Depth Knowledge of Conveyor Line Project Work.
• Attending weekly meetings with the client and ensuring all the planned quality activities are being implemented.
• Knowledge of reading drawing (P&ID, PFD, VENDOR drawing).
• Notify the non-conformance identified during site inspection and recommended corrective -measures to Site In charge & HOD.
• To ensure customer complaints related to quality are investigated and necessary corrective and -preventive actions are implemented.
• Providing Technical Clarifications & Attending the project reviews as per agreed plan and schedule.
• Day to day work planning and work distribution. Preparation of daily reports and documents.
• Checking monthly bill of all contractors, Raised NCR OR PENALTY note to contractor.
• Sending mail & letter to higher authorities or client.AS per client & senior officer required prepare all work-related documents.

• Carrying out the fabrication, erection & commissioning of OCCW piping, CCWW piping, Lube oil piping, Condensate storage tank piping, Gland steam system piping, DM water piping, Deaerator drain & vent piping, LP heater drain &vent piping, HP heater drain &vent piping, Compressor air piping, Raw water piping, Nitrogen air piping, fair fighting piping system, service water piping etc.
• Carrying out the Erection of OCCW pumps, CCCW pumps, Make up pumps, Main oil tank (MOT), Jack oil pump, Turbine lube oil pumps, Turbine Driven Boiler Feed Water Pump (TDBFP), TDBFP Oil tanks, Motor Driven Boiler Feed Water Pump (MDBFP), MDBFP Booster pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Seal oil system, Condensate extraction Pumps, Generator stator cooler system, Generator hydrogen cooler etc.

Project: KSK Thermal Power Plant

• Coordination with project planning team for adequate material and effective manpower mobilization &resources for site start-up & supervision on installation & erection activities.
• Knowledge of reading drawing (P&ID, PFD, VENDOR Drawing) & involve in erection of Boiler Drum, Header, super heater tube, re heater tube, Water wall Panel, roof tube, Back pass, Economizer etc.

• Alignment of Burners & Furnace diagonal and involved in the commissioning of the fuel burning mechanism.
• Compete in the erection of long retractable soot blower, wall blower across the furnace and terminate the relevant piping with successful Hydro test.

• Looking after erection activities of all Boiler Pressure Parts and non-pressure parts.
• Checking the quality of all IBR related jobs as well as in other areas.
• Erection, alignment, Testing of all boiler PA, SA, ID fans.
• Erection and alignment of Feeders, cyclone & Bed ash Cooler in boiler.
• I was involved in boiler commissioning activities, Boiler Hydro test, Refractory dry out, Steam blowing etc.
