Planning and Analysis

• Experience in preparing Risk Assessment Analytics for analysis of important components like Revenue, cashflows, marketing and distribution expenses and other operating expenses.
• Understanding entity and its environment for Determining Audit strategy for Private Limited companies.
• Identifying risks and understanding the relevant controls in the business processes like Revenue & Receivables, Treasury, etc.
• Suggestions on improving the entity’s internal processes by identifying likely source of potential misstatements.

Audit:

• Review of Financial Statements including schedules to ensure compliance with AS.
• Audit of revenue from operations, operating expenses to ensure financial reporting is done as per the accounting framework.
• Audit of property, plant & equipment, ROU asset and lease liability area.
• Audit of accounts receivable and accounts payable consists of reconciliations, ageing analysis, obtain balance confirmation, invoice verification, subsequent realization or payment testing.
• Payroll audit consisting of head count reconciliations, joinees and resignees testing, reasonability test on provision created for bonus, and verification of compliance of statutory dues such as PF, PT, ESI, statutory bonus, minimum wages.
• Vouching and verification of samples for areas such as revenue, operating expense, property plant and equipment.
• Trained newly joined articles and associates in the firm.

• Responsible for handling the Statutory Audit assignments of clients from Asset Management sector
• Perform audit tests to determine if key controls are properly designed and are operating effectively
• Testing of the assertions for the items pertaining to the Profit and loss account and the balance Sheet
• Performed Overall Analytical Review at year end and document the results
• Preparation of Lead sheets with the help of trial balance and perform the variance analysis and checking those items which have material effect and perform the required procedures to it
• Review of financial statements to ensure the balances appearing are correct according to the supporting documents, minimal difference will be waved off based on the Summary of Audit Differences (SAD)
• Updating templates in accordance with US GAAP Standards
• Communicate with Clients and Obtain bank confirmation about their investments
• Performing Substantive and Control based assurance testing
• Performing Cash and Position testing
• Documenting and executing review procedures as defined by engagement team
• Assisting the team in meeting tight deadlines during the peak season
