• Follow safety procedures like wearing proper PPE, maintaining attachment documents for jobs like hot work, CSE, elevated work
• Housekeeping should be done during and after execution of job on daily basis
• Co-ordination with clients for running bills, drawings & material follow up
• Collaborate in the development and preparation of design and planning program's, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.
• Developing and maintaining Project Progress Measurement System in line with Client requirements.
• Establishing and monitoring project progress based on key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Establishing Work Breakdown structure (WBS) & detailed schedules using CPM,PDM.
