Project: SCB-CCIB PE – ICS VPM Remediation (Oct 2022 - Nov 2023)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Led automation efforts to create scripts for monitoring system activities, and enabling seamless app start/stop during OS patching without manual intervention. Configured systemctl for automatic app startup during reboots. Set up Rundeck and Ansible jobs for deploying automation scripts across Dev, Production, and DR environments. Enhanced software functionality by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Project: SAP SuccessFactors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed releases and deployments across QA, Preview, and Production environments on both Windows and Linux. Created Jenkins pipeline jobs to build and generate artifacts for Dev and feature branches, deploying via Rundeck to Artifactory. Troubleshot deployment failures and collaborated with the DB and operations teams for customer migrations across data centers. Monitored automated builds and CI processes to resolve build/release failures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed SCM activities, including branching, tagging, merging, user management, access control, and backups. Maintained release tracking across environments and handled code deployments. Troubleshot build failures, and developed scripts to automate builds and reduce manual errors using Maven.
