  • Took the ownership of all the Colo Data Centre changes/events/incidents/problems of TCS 100-Rack space hosted in STT Global Data Centre.
  • Coordinated with the vendors and STT team for the physical deployment of 200+ client devices.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, minimizing service disruptions.
  • Coordinated with the Back-up team to do weekly Tape movement from Off site to On site location and vice versa.
  • Actively participated in weekend and holiday operational shifts, maintaining 100% operational continuity.
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date documentation of data centre infrastructure, configurations, cable connectivity and changes to ensure compliance and effective management.
