Joined as process executive in July 2019 in the process called Sustain and completed the classroom training and on the job training to gain basic knowledge of client proprietary software tools, product knowledge and global policies across Map Features (Especially Roads)
Post completion of training dealt with the user reports (RMI issues) till December 2019 where the external users report the issues in Google Maps via report a problem.
In January 2020, I transitioned internally to the "Geo Data Escalations" process. I underwent additional classroom training to gain a thorough understanding of all the Geo Features present on Google Maps. This training equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and resolve complex data-related escalations.
Debugging the issues investigating the escalation Root Cause and follow up with corrective actions and a detailed investigation of the escalation.
