Co-ordination with client Engineers for issues and working on it. Upgradation of Network devices like Cisco WLC’s and Switches for proper Handshakes.

Debugging Client issues for analyzing the problem on WLC’s, Switches and NAC Servers.

Work with Project Team for New designs, Wireless Surveys and New Implementation.

Analyzing the incidents and solving on priority-based agreements. Configuring VLAN, trunks, POE configs and Port channel on Switches and Wireless Controllers.

Work with Next Level team for New Installations and network design. Documenting the New designs, Network Diagrams, Heat Maps and excel sheets on timely manner.

Monitor, document, and control infrastructure performance for response, throughput, and availability

Working on Capacity Management, Utilization, and connectivity monitoring for Wireless.

Work with Vendor for device support, Technical support, and RMA. Supervise the Hardware Installations and ensure proper integration with the Tools we work.

Implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki MX, MR and MS Devices. Integrating Meraki devices with Cisco ISE and Aruba CPPM. Troubleshooting outages, Client Connectivity Issues, ISP issues and VPN Issues on Meraki Platforms.

Configuration in wired, wireless, VPN configurations using device profiling, posturing on Cisco ISE.

Build and Analyze Policies and rules for Wireless Authentication on Cisco ISE Servers.

Certificate Management for proper handshakes between PAN, PSN and user devices for Cisco ISE.

Coordination with Different work Groups in field and NOC team for fault restorations.

Co-ordinate with Senior for up gradation of Core and Access Switches of Brocade.

Manage fault resolution for Critical, Major, Minor cases at fields as per NOC Minimal Support for Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controller.

Routing Protocol Configuration-OSPF & BGP for connecting Branch offices. Implementation of LACP on Brocade Switches for Maximized bandwidth Manage Trouble tickets related to upgrades, user Problems and other issues. Testing of Link with the tools like WAN Killer, SolarWinds & FileZilla.

Analyze Loops and connectivity issues in customer Network on Brocade Switches.

Wire shark working knowledge for the Interfaces connected to critical devices Interact with TAC Team for issues that cannot be resolved from our End.
