• Worked as Network Operation and security.
• Worked at a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring systems, implementing security measures, and investigating security incidents.

Firewall

• PAN-OS up gradation
• Creating new policy /rules.
• Review policies for optimization.
• Performed end-to-end VPN tunnel setup, including IKE/IPsec Configuration, on Palo Alto firewall appliances. And renewal of Password and certificate for these tunnels.
• Utilized Palo Alto tools (such as CLI, logs, and packet captures) to Troubleshoot firewall performance and connectivity issues.

F5

• On boarded servers by creating pools, nodes, and virtual servers for optimized traffic management.
• Executed upgrades, patches and troubleshooting on F5 Big-IP GTM/LTM in production.
• On boarded servers by creating pools, nodes, and virtual servers for optimized traffic mgmt. in F5 Web Application for optimized traffic management in F5 Web Application.
• Onboarding URL and certificate renewal of those URL in Imperva WAF.

• Performed MAC address troubleshooting and whitelisting in Forescout NAC to ensure authorized network access in Forescout.
