  • Successfully achieved individual revenue generation target of 3.6 MM INR by on-boarding ~167 new accounts and up-selling counterfeit protection for ~359 accounts overall which sold ~10 MM units on Amazon globally in the past 12 months
  • Single-handedly built an automated bulk e-mailer and WhatsApp sending mechanism as a '1 to many' approach and scale mass communication across 1,400 accounts in Amazon India alone
  • Moreover, the mechanism was tailor made and implemented globally (China, EU and NA teams)
  • Identified and built a SOP around brand/account abuse cases pertaining to ASIN/catalog hijacking
  • Was successfully adopted and implemented by the Operations team for inculcating additional checks at the time of brand/account onboarding
  • Successfully reduced the average ageing of a critical (Operational Performance Review) process before final protection stage from ~95 days to ~75 days overall
  • Helped a key account with building a corrective action plan and reinstate their deactivated Amazon Seller Central account in just 4 days
  • The issue was ageing ~60 days with their inventory blocked worth 4 MM INR across EUFCs
  • Helped NA tech team with pilot testing and identify a bug in the Transparency portal search bar for rectification

  • Liaised with Special Merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely ReLo order creation and execution across different funnels i.e
  • Return to Vendor, Liquidation and Destruction basis contract and agreement between SMs and Sellers/Brands
  • Independently built a PAN India FC master dashboard to centrally monitor and manage timely processing of vendor return orders within agreed SLAs by Fulfillment Center outbound operations this provided complete visibility into the planning, weekly forecasting and Labor plan in ordinance with central finance team
  • Ensured timely and healthy delivery of vendor return, liquidation shipments as per agreed SLA to vendors via 3p carrier network (Bluedart and Gati)
  • Liaised with internal stakeholders across the network for progress updates, process improvements and improving metrics for WBR/MBR
