• Project Description: A high rise RCC frame building with double basement and G+12 floors. About 2.85 lac Sqft basement is having vehicle parking facility for about 1400 cars & 1000 two-wheeler. Each floor covers around 1.00 lac Sqft area with all modern facility like swimming pool, badminton courts, Jim, net cafe, library and kitchen dining having capacity of 750 people to dine at a time. 1500 rooms with twin bed facility and attached toilet. Installed capacity of HVAC system is 4500 T. The no. of workers in the project is more than 700.
