Customer Returns:

• We handle the billing processing of orders returned by customers to third party carriers.
• We used datanet ETL to run SQL for millions of invoices having lot tracking ids of each carriers and do auditing for payment decisions.
• While montionring found any odds do disputes with carrier and if found error in billing receive credits against those else process the payments.
• Created a dashboard for stakeholders visibility to get a look over difference in invoiced amount and manifests and do approve the payments accordingly for processing.
• Do weekly/bi-weekly sync-ups with stakeholders and direct carriers to know the disputes and concerns in order to understand gaps for payment processing.

• Analyzed problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions.
• Created Tableau dashboards using Bar Graphs, Scattered Plots, Geographical Maps, Pie Chart via Show Me functionality.
• Created multiple Custom Chart (Donut Chart, Lollipop Chart) and other Combinational chart.
• Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features including Calculated Fields (Level OF Detail(LOD)), Parameters, Table Calculation, Joins, Data Blending and Dashboard Actions (Filter, Highlight, URL, Parameter).

• Involved in generating Dual-Axis, Blended Axis bar chart with multiple measures. Data Blending in case of merging different sources.
