• Work on data pipeline to write SQL Queries on snowflake for data visualization.
• Use to write simple to complex queries i.e. incremental procedures and full load procedures.
• Create custom reports and scheduled reports as per client requirements on tableau.

Customer Returns (Last Mile)

• Handle billing processing of orders returned by customers to third party carriers.
• We used datanet ETL to run SQL for millions of invoices having lot tracking ids of each carriers and do auditing for payment decisions.
• While monitoring found any odds do disputes with carrier and if found error in billing receive credits against those else process payments.
• Created a dashboard for stakeholders visibility to get a look over
  difference in invoiced amount and manifests and do approve payments accordingly for processing.
• Do weekly/bi-weekly sync-ups with stakeholders and direct carriers to know disputes and concerns in order to understand gaps for payment processing.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve target results.
• Offered friendly and efficient service to customers, handled challenging situations with ease.

1.ALTRIA PROJECT

• Analyzed problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions.
• Created Tableau dashboards using Bar Graphs, Scattered Plots,
  Geographical Maps, Pie Chart via Show Me functionality.
• Created multiple Custom Chart (Donut Chart, Lollipop Chart) and other Combinational chart.
• Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features including Calculated Fields (Level OF Detail(LOD)), Parameters, Table Calculation, Joins, Data Blending and Dashboard Actions (Filter, Highlight, URL, Parameter).
• Groups, Hierarchies, Sets to create detail level summary report.
• Involved in generating Dual-Axis, Blended Axis bar chart with multiple measures. Data Blending in case of merging different sources.
• Used SQL queries at the Custom SQL Level to pull the data into Tableau Desktop.
• Restricted data for particular users while published the Dashboard to Tableau Server using User Filters.
• Developed Tableau workbooks to perform Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, (YTD) Year to Date, QTD (Quarter to Date) and MTD (Month to Date) type analysis.

• Used different Nodes like Select, And, Or, Prioritize, Cell, Export Nodes to create different workflows on CI 6.6.
• Strong knowledge on PROC steps (Proc Freq, Proc Means, Proc Univariate,Proc Format) to get description of data.
• Created reports using data manipulation techniques in DATA Step like Format, Informat,Range,Ceil,Floor.
• Understand use of Do While and Do Until loop for repetitive code usage.
• Exported Reports to different file extensions (Excel,PDF,CSV) .
