  • Heading – Implementation, Transaction Banking for the International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) business line of the of the Credit Agricole – Corporate & Investment Bank Mumbai.
  • Reporting into the Global Head of Implementation in Paris (Global HO) and to the Transaction Banking Sales Head locally.
  • I am responsible for Implementing Cash Management, E-channels including Supply chain, Trade Finance, Liquidity, Domestic and cross-border payment solutions.
  • The role of Implementation Manager involves designing, developing, and implementing Cash Management products/processes for corporate customers, on both, collections, and payment verticals. Liaising with internal (within bank) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of ITB products offered to the client, including Banks e-channels platforms like internet based, host2host or SwiftNet connections.
  • I am responsible for the successful initiation, planning, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project, creation of Project Plans, tracking of the project progress, sharing regular updates on the status of the implementation, with all the internal and external stakeholders, Including Integration activities such as File format testing, connectivity testing and UAT to ensure timely completion of the project.
