I have worked as a Talent Management Intern at Spottlightt Social, developing skills in people management and strategy development that greatly enhanced productivity at the workplace. • I supervised the The Runway Bazaar exhibition in Pune, where I was responsible for capturing content for the event's Instagram page. My role involved engaging with shop owners and filming them as they discussed their products.
• I collaborated with my manager on a brand shoot for Rare Rabbit, capturing content featuring our client, Kabeer Bhartiya, wearing their clothing. Our task was to create photos and videos for both our client's and the brand's Instagram feeds.
• I served as a security committee member in the TEDx Mithibai college committee, where I was responsible for overseeing and ensuring adherence to all security guidelines necessary for a successful event. My role involved maintaining a safe environment, coordinating security measures, and addressing any potential concerns to ensure smooth event execution.
