A. RedxUp – Healthcare Survey Portal
RedxUp is a robust and secure healthcare survey platform built to digitize and streamline the process of collecting health-related data and managing electronic consent (e-Consent) from participants. It is used by healthcare organizations, researchers, and clinics to create customized health surveys and consent forms which are sent to patients or research participants through a secure interface.
The platform focuses on compliance, usability, and flexibility, allowing administrators to build reusable content and send structured surveys with full tracking and reporting capabilities.
B. CollectivWork: ERP
CollectivWork is a modern and scalable Human Resource Management System (HRMS) built to streamline HR operations for mid-to-large-sized organizations. The platform centralizes core HR functions including payroll processing, daily attendance monitoring, employee performance tracking, internal communication, support ticketing, and digital onboarding workflows — all within a unified portal.
As a Frontend Lead, I played a key role in planning, architecting, and developing the UI components, leading the frontend team, and ensuring seamless integrations with backend APIs.
C. Real-Time Ad Exchange Dashboard
This module was part of a high-traffic programmatic advertising platform that enables real-time bidding (RTB) for digital ads between advertisers and publishers. The focus of my work was on building an interactive, high-performance analytics dashboard that visualizes real-time ad metrics such as impressions, clicks, eCPM, revenue, fill rate, and bid responses.
The dashboard is used by both internal teams (ad ops, sales) and external users (publishers, advertisers) to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and track revenue.
