* Experience on Azure cloud (Creating and managing Azure SQL databases, managed instance and managing SQL on Azure VM

* Good knowledge on Azure blob, ADLS Gen2 storage accounts

* Good knowledge on Azure data factory and databricks

* Good knowledge on Big data technologies like Hive,Spark and Hadoop

Project management expertise :

* To take end-to-end ownership of multiple projects/project tracks

* To lead ie, participate and contribute to all the phases of a database project, right from Requirements Gathering to Production Support

* To lead internal team meetings on requirements gathering, solution architecture, effort estimation, timelines preparation, manpower planning, and resource

Team Management :

* Sprint Planning and Daily Standup

* To make the team accountable for their tasks and help them achieve them

* To identify the requirements and develop a plan for Skill Development for all team members

* To approve timesheets and leave plans of team members

Process Management and Improvement:

* To create and document processes

* To ensure the defined processes are judiciously followed by the team members

* To identify gaps and continuously improve processes within the team

* To encourage team members to contribute toward process improvement
