Responsibilities include:-
- Work closely with Empaneled DSAs / Connectors for Business Loan and Doctor’s Loan.
- Handling to solve query all DSA & Connectors Cases
- Business loans related to all query resolve
- Monitoring End to End to process of Business loan
- To manage all cases QDE & Disbursement processes also
- To check the banking/finances and calculate the DSCR and ABB norms as per company policy.
Business development and Team Management.
- Handling Sales and generating business for Business Loan.
- Formulating monthly/ annual sales plans, pursuing their implementation in a given time frame with adherence to sales management process.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Visiting Corporate for arranging help desk for business generation.
- Evolve market segmentation and penetration strategies by encouraging cross selling of products and launching various activities.
- Portfolio scoping for good quality business tap entire CASA base of the branches for achieving branch value targets
- Resolving client based issues and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with Collection Department to reduce the NPA accounts and doing collection for overdrawn accounts.
- Leading and monitoring the performance of Team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual and group targets.
- Do joint activity with DSA train DSA for quality sourcing of business loan.
