• After joining Shyft (previously Mindhouse) as the 2nd employee in Engineering team, I have played a vital role in building Shyft from mere concept to reality. Spear headed multiple product launches right from ideation to deployment in production environment.
• Adding to the splendid experience I have also built a very passionate team consisting of 7 backend, 5 frontend and 2 QA which helped Shyft realize its global ambitions.
• Currently working on features like Communities, Shyft Circle and Challenges and have already delivered multiple product which have ~99.999 uptime with almost 0 issues.
• Delegated work to teams of engineers and technicians, distributing responsibilities to maximize useful skills and avoid knowledge gaps.
• Applied widely-accepted engineering principals to proposed designs, creating reliable and repeatable final product designs.
• Managed complex system and subsystem design from conception through final production phases.

• Setup VPN and move complete infrastructure inside the VPN on AWS Cloud.
• Setup CDN and upgrade python 3.4 to 3.8 and Django 1.9 to 3.1.
• Setup CI/CD using Jenkins, Git and fabfile to automate the deployment process.
• Setup role-based access to servers and secure S3 URLs.
• Setup a monitoring system on Datadog to analyze logs and evaluate system performance.
• Optimized daily announcement code to execute in less than a minute that was taking more than 30 minutes to process.
• Automated AWS EC2 Spot instance spawn/stop process based on number of pending items in the Redis queue.
• Optimized calendar generation code to dynamically generate ics file which increased the efficiency by 300%.

• Setup Big Data platform on GCP using Big Query for Analytics team.
• Setup automated ETL processes to merge more than 100s of tables to populate new master tables for analytics advisory.
• Setup Elastic Search Cluster and implement search functionality to search from 1000s of items.
• Setup Kinesis Data Stream for live data ingestion and processing for live analysis of customer data.
• Re-architected the PPD (Pick Pack Delivery) system for Milk Basket warehouse.
• Moved a lot of in-house applications to AWS Lambda and automated the deployment using serverless.

• Algo360 - collects alternate data to generate useful insights of User credit history and provides digital field investigation by verifying the user identity across government recognized platforms like Aadhar and PAN.
• Face AI - Algo360 applicant validation module uses state of art facial recognition and computer vision algorithms to perform Face Matching and information extraction with various accepted government issued proofs (Aadhar and PAN card).
• Cred Spot - provides one stop solution for Loan approvals integrating CIBIL Score, Algo360 Score, Digital FI for Think Analytics’ multiple clients.
• ABFL Digital FI - App designed for client to complete Digital FI using cutting edge technology to reduce TAT to less than 2 days using in house developed libraries.

• ASP.NET based web application, that allows users to post free ad to sell or purchase an item online.
