• Successfully identified and onboarded new content sources, enhancing AlphaSense's offerings.
• Reviewed content processing alerts, ensuring accurate verification and uploading of company presentations and other content from various sources.
• Coordinated with content providers, proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
• As a subject matter expert, provided 3rd level support by promptly addressing and resolving content-related inquiries. Proactively escalated issues to internal teams and external content providers as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. • Engaged in a scraping project, gaining hands-on experience in setting up scrapes for specific cases. Acquired valuable skills in web scraping techniques and contributed to the successful execution of the project

• Ensured adherence to the agreed SLAs / Metrics – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy
• Drove initiatives and projects independently with minimal oversight of the Reporting Manager and ensured timely updates were shared

• Engaged in sourcing the Financial and non-financial documents and creating database in an accurate manner using the technical and financial knowledge
• Covering different GAAP and IFRS documents by providing key Doc and documents approval to different internal teams
• Working with different process streams i.e
• Web watcher, mozenda, audit website, ASX, Doc routing, Sedar, manual Review ,website research, keydevs presentations, Investor Relation
• Handling Client cases to solve client queries
• Prepare SQL queries to audit violators in data set and Worked on different lean and automation projects
• Workflow management and data analysis for adding value to products i.e
• GICRS, Capital IQ , MI platform and Xpress feed
• Transactions tracking: Indepth knowledge and responsibility also includes looking after IPO's and various types of corporate actions like M&A, Reverse M&A
• Worked on different identifiers of Bloomberg, Cusip, Anna, Cins for efficient functioning of our product packages
• POC for User Accepting Testing.
