• Comprehensive Understanding: Led in-depth analysis and setup of complex technical components, including HSM (Hardware Security Module) configuration, CSM (Central Secret Management) integration, network configurations, and load balancer setups critical for the AS3 migration.

Set up Jenkins jobs for release deployments and automated other daily tasks, reducing manual processes, building multiple servers, and improving CI/CD workflows to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Technical Upgrades: Migrated legacy infrastructure from unsupported JBoss and JDK versions to the latest Apache Tomcat and Java environments, enhancing application compatibility, performance, and compliance. This upgrade streamlined middleware management and aligned the stack with industry standards for long-term support.
• Problem Solving: Led the team in overcoming technical challenges, optimizing deployment processes, and configuration management .Addressed multiple intricate issues during the AS3 environment setup on the new eBVP infrastructure, including configuring HSM (Hardware Security Module) and resolving SELinux security policies, which were unfamiliar to the team. Documented solutions and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and facilitate future troubleshooting.
• Recognitions: Awarded 14 recognitions in 2024 for dedication, innovation, and a value-driven approach. Received the BUK Technology India Star Award, a prestigious recognition at the BUK India level, and was honored with the EMM Walk of Fame for 2024 by the CIO for outstanding contributions and leadership.

Design & Implementation: Designed, planned, implemented, configured, automated, deployed, administered, monitored, and managed various servers on both public and private cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Middleware Management: Managed installations, upgrades, hardening, tuning, and troubleshooting of Middleware Application Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WildFly, Phusion Passenger, and Apache Web Server to maintain optimal performance and security.

Performance & Availability Enhancements: Recommended and implemented performance enhancements to improve the availability, reliability, and scalability of web applications for various clients.

Cloud Architecture & Capacity Planning: Involved in architecture planning and capacity planning for a Public Cloud DC setup on AWS, including configuration, implementation, and administration.

DevOps Tools Deployment: Deployed and managed several DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GAP Monitoring Solution, ELK stack, Service Mesh (Istio), RedHat Codeready, and Harbour repository, streamlining development and deployment workflows.

Team Leadership: Led a team of 7 System Engineers in managing, administering, and automating daily activities for a Digital Learning Platform, improving operational efficiency and system reliability.
