  • Interact regularly with Branch Managers, Area Managers, Branch Sales Managers, and Sales Staff to set targets and achieve required sales.
  • Currently managing eight (8) branches of the Nagpur cluster.
  • Recruitment, handling, and grooming of the branch managers, branch sales managers, and sales managers in presentation and selling skills.
  • Make joint calls with the branch sales team, if required.
  • Visit DSA's for getting secured business (LAP, EBL, MEBL, SBL) regularly.
  • Work closely with the Regional/Zonal Manager to develop sales strategies, driving sales processes.
  • Ensure the flow of accurate and complete processes within the 'steps of sale' is managed effectively and efficiently, information for customer proposals.
  • Provide market intelligence in terms of business, product, and proposal.
  • Earlier, I was managing the Nasik Cluster Branches from May 2022 to October 2023. Later, I was transferred to the Nagpur Cluster from November 2023.
