• Hot Water Generator (HWG)
• Air Compressors
• Implement strategies to minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize availability.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses, including "5 Whys" investigations, to identify and eliminate the underlying causes of equipment failures.
• Establish a robust spare parts management system
• Conducting thorough evaluations to select the most suitable vendors based on factors like quality, reliability, and service.
• Determining and maintaining optimal inventory levels for critical spares to minimize downtime while controlling costs.

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules and budgets.
  Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
