Project Duration: February 2022 - November 2024.

Summary: Use extensive HRP configuration, business knowledge, to configure the benefit plan components, service categories, benefit plans, supplier contracts, practitioners, and practitioner roles.

Main Technologies: HRP Application - HealthRules Manager and HealthRule Designer (Certified HealthEdge Business and Technical Analyst).

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of HRP items, configuration support, and performing peer review to deliver to the client.
• Adherence to weekly review meetings to discuss the accomplishments of HRP items, as well as discussions on new updates, requirements, review feedback, and upcoming assignments and tasks.
• Managing project progress, organizing work to meet or exceed expectations.
• Configuration of benefit plans using predefined standards in the config environment.
• Need to make sure that the configuration is 100% correct before importing it to the prod environment.
• Testing the configuration setup once the implementation is completed.
• Logging defects and retesting in JIRA.
• Reporting and preparation of weekly status.

Project Name: Curative.

Project Duration: January 2025 - present.

Summary: This project involves implementing HealthRules Payer as its future-state claims adjudication platform, with the intent of covering all existing lines of business, such as Commercial Plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Main Technologies: HRP Application - HealthRules Manager and HealthRule Designer (Certified HealthEdge Business and Technical Analyst).

Responsibilities:

• Identified test scenarios required for testing.
• Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the Project.
• Test scenario creation and execution as per client requirements, and defect management in JIRA.
• Participated in daily stand-up meetings.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, and identify modifications needed to meet changing user and regulatory requirements.
• Testing the claims adjudication and creating the test cases to test each configured benefit plan component, supplier contract, and pricing.
• Plan and execute assigned tasks as per testing timelines.
• Sharing the weekly status report of testing activities with higher management.
