• To ensure smooth running of plant while achieving quality as well as quantity as per business standards.
• To establish KPI's for operations.
• To ensure KAIZEN and SGA for continuous improvement.
• To ensure 100% safety compliance of all the employees in plant premises.
• Manage a cross functional team of more than 50 people.

Plant Commissioning -

• Successfully commissioned a Pb-Zn ore beneficiation plant worth Rs 400 crore along with L&T.
• Coached nearly 40 newly hired employees and interns while observing progress and delegating tasks.
• Established project schedules and monitored tasks to meet milestones during each phase.

Digitalization -

• Worked on the project of common control room along with McKinsey.
• Collected and sorted data for the calibration of Multi Stream Analyzer and Particle Size Analyzer.
• Implemented various logics and loops required for the Advanced Process Control (APC) to be implemented in DCS for more efficient operations.
