Currently supervising complete operations of one of the joint venture company of ITC Limited at Assam; the manufacturing facility with annual turnover of over INR 280 Cr. and monthly production capacity of 2200 mt. ok bakery products.

Leading a large factory team of 26 managers and 99 operators/ technitians with direct reporting of 13 managers.

Coordinating with various departments such as Maintenance, Material and Quality.

Designing and conducting training programs for the staff and ensuring that training and development initiatives are alligned with organizational goals.

Executing manufacturing operations in coordination with other functions; ensuring no production loss through achievement of 100% serviceability as per plan.

Implementing methodologies for analysing processes, driving modifications to minimize escalations & rejection and in turn recording operational efficiency, cost optimization and cycle time reduction.

Conceptualizing and implementing effective techniques to attain operational efficiency, implementing quality systems & procedures along with improvement of quality standards with maximum cost savings.

Making the entire annual budget plan along with annual capex plan.

Genrating effective procedures for prepration and implementation of programs within all areas of safety, health and environment in manufacturing process.

Developing reliable supplier base offering high quality standards of materials; negotiating with vendors for obtaining the best prices and shorter lead tines.

Was heading the contract manufacturing unit of ITC Ltd. at Kanpur uttar pradesh with monthly capacity of 1200 mt.

Direct reporting of 4 manufacturing executives.

Was leading the complete plant operations right from the startup.

Was involved in improving the operational efficiency of the biscuit line along with cost optimization initiatives.

Was actively facilitating the Quality circle teams for effecive problem solving skills.

Monitoring of RM/PM consumption to deliver saving by improving the product yield through manufacturing excellence.

Was leading the cost reduction initiative across the various fronts by implementing the automation and lean principles.

Directly involved in negotiation of annual conversion cost with converter.

Heading the various Qualitu audits along with timley closures of highlighted points.

Ensuring the highest standards of GMP/GHP on the shop floor.

Worked in a contract manufacturing unit of ITC Limited at kanpur (up) with monthly production capacity of 1400 mt. of various biscuit variants.

Was reporting to the Team leader of the plant.

Leading the manufacturing excellence initiatives to improve the product yield/ reduction of cost through optimization of fixed and variable cost.

Leading the implementation of 5S in the plant.

Spearheaded the team of technitians for improving the overall equipment efficiency of plant by improving the quality/cycle time/machine uptime.

Worked in a 3rd party manufacturing unit of pepsico as a utility and maintenance executive and was involved in the errection & commissioning of entire utility setup such as Gas genrators/VAM (vapour absorption unit)/ cooling towers/Boilers/ low and high pressure compressors/ammonia KC6 compressors etc.

Was leading a team of 18 tecnitians across the shifts for utility operation of a PET bottling plant.

Effective preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guideines.
