• Computation and Filing of TDS returns, generate TDS certificates and Reconciliation of 26AS with TDS certificates.
• Statutory Compliance Review & Assessment as per tax laws incorporated under various Acts.
• Training, Research and Application of the amended and latest Tax Laws as required.

C) Company Secretary & Drafting's :

• Maintenance of all Statutory Records and Registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
• Preparing Notices, Director's Report, Resolutions & Minutes of AGM, EGM, BM and Committees Meeting.
• Liasioning with Registrar of Companies Office as and when required.

• Worked as Accounts Payable Personnel, started from Executive Level in operations, developed skills through on job trainings and also cleared Company Secretarial examination in August 2012.
