He is currently a Correspondent (on contract) with Reuters based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from where he covers North India.
His work has appeared in Reuters, The Guardian, The Times UK,, Al Jazeera, California Sunday, and Nikkei Asia Review, among others.
In 2022, he won the SOPA award in Excellence in Reporting on Environment. Previously he won the SAJA award for Health Reporting during Covid19.
