• Pachouli Academy: Oversee the administration, admissions, and coordination of courses offered by Pachouli Aesthetics and Wellness Academy, Manage student enrollment processes, ensure quality course delivery, and support instructors to maintain high academic standards. Upto 25% increase in student enrollment and reduced onboarding time by 20%, developed new course material in collaboration with subject experts.
• Franchise Onboarding and Integration: Lead the end-to-end franchise onboarding process,from site selection support , design and fabrication, procurement, staff selection and training, IT infrastructure and pre-launch marketing. Successfully onboarded 18+ franchises in last 3 years into the company.
• CRM Implementation and Data Management across clinics : Spearhead the implementation and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across all Pachouli clinic locations. Oversee customer data integration, automate client communications, track service feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in client engagement through data insights. Manual effort reduced by 50%, atleast 28 customised dash board for various departments created.
• Vendor Management for Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Marketing Activities - Manage and optimize relationships with vendors for supply chain needs, including procurement of clinic supplies, maintenance services, and marketing material. Ensure cost-efficiency, timely deliveries, and quality control for all products and services.
• Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution for Outbound Promotion - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing initiatives for Social media to support outbound promotions for Pachouli clinics. Focus on WhatsApp marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and email campaigns to drive client acquisition and clinic footfall. Executed more than 200 campaigns via whatsapp marketing with the rate of 5% customer conversion.
• Outbound Calling, Process and Quality control- Regular RCA of all outbound calls to customers to assess the quality protocol and provide regular feedback to clinics and call centre on gaps and scope of improvement.

· Engaged in overseeing set-up of IT Infrastructure and Software System upgrade at Emergency and Super Specialty Block of Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.

· Overseeing infrastructure upgrade activities including Network Set-up including LAN, Wi Fi, Firewall, Internet connectivity for the upcoming blocks.
