• Source and recruit officers on supply and tug vessels, and two DP vessels working in ONGC charter.
• Dock and Stream pass for the workers of the company.
• Manage the crew planner and sign off as per request.
• All the documentation work in the crew department, i.e., tonnage tax, change of command, crew wages calculations, preparations of NED pass, ISM documentation, etc.
• Maintaining candidate records, and updating certificates.
