Organizing trials of new or existing paint systems at customer

· Good exposure to ROBOT painting system

• Monitoring of paint shop parameters, analysis on weekly basis & submitting report of improvement trend to the customer to reduce rejection of components during painting.
• Resolving problems at customer end.
• Trouble shooting of paints problems which arises during painting of sheet metal & plastic components.

· Working experience of automotive primers, basecoat & Clear Coat.

· Identification of paint defect & able to overcome from defects.

· Good shade matching skill as per customer requirement/ Standard panels.

· Work experience for both Plastic/SM part paints.

· Looking Newer Product & New Color development, Quality up gradation and Cost reduction.

· New shade establishment.

· Responsible for Production batch standardization.

· All liquid paint testing

· Technical support & Trouble shooting at customer end.

· Customer visit like , Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Honda Car India Limited & its ancillaries

· Standardization & establishment of new products on customer line as per application system.

· modification in application parameter to meet customer process practices

· Operation of modern paint application techniques i.e. Bell & Reciprocator

· Tracking & resolution of Quality / Technical Issues regarding new formulations
