I am Born and Brought up, in Hindi Heartland, in city of varanasi UP. i have Four sister and i am the fourth child of my parents. Since childhood story telling and creativity has been in my veins and i have always been curious to understand different facets of life and how can we envision them in stories. my this zeal for creativity pushed me into abandoning my pursuit of engineering and I chose to pick up literature as my subject of story in graduation. I studied literature only because of my passion for stories and ideas. After graduation i decided to pursue mass communication so that i can help my ideas take a shape and there after i have joined the TV Industry.
I have 7 years of experience as a Channel EP and have handled various show of different genres.
currently i am working with the show Crime patrol which is a multi producers show. i have expertise in managing and handling multi production set up.

I was Promoted to the designation of Executive Producer in February 2021.
since then i have been continuously working to enhance the current brand of the show crime patrol.
from April 2021 till November 2021 we brought on few more season with new anchors to make it more appealing to the audience. during this period we launched following brands of crime patrol
• Justice Reloaded (Sonali Kulkarni as an anchor)- 90 Episodes with peak TVR 0.6
• Shatir Criminals (Ashutosh Rana as an Anchor)- 40 Episodes with peak TVR 0.5
• Gumrah Bachpan (Renuka Sahane as an Anchor) - 21 Episodes with Peak TVR of 0.5
we took a break of three months in the month of december january and february during which period we develop a all New format of crime patrol which we termed as 2.0 season and currently we are working on it .
I was promoted to the designation of Producer in the Month of April 2018 and I along with my Manager were assigned with take forward the show Crime Patrol.
During this period we Launched many sub brands of the show which are as follows

• Dastak Season 2 - 240 Episodes with peak TVR 1.0
• Satark Season 2 - 120 Episodes with peak TVR 0.8

• Satark Season 3 (Special) - 110 Episodes with peak TVR of 0.6
In July 2016 I was promoted as an Associate Producer and was placed in Channel Sony Entertainment Television.
Following are the shows which i have supervised both in terms of scripting and editorial guidance along with my Manager.
• Crime Patrol Dial 100 - 554 episodes with average TVR of 0.7
• Ek Deewana Tha - from October 2017 to June 2018(160 episodes). Average TVR 0.5
I was recruited by Sony Pictures Network as a creative intern in July 2015 .My internship tenure was for 1 year and during the period of my internship i was assigned on various shows for creative and editorial supervision

During this period i was assigned to work close with the production house on set to understand the nitty gritty of the tv show production. I spent this entire period with rigourous training on Production sets of the show Hum Apke ghar me rehte hai, Police Factory, Comedy Superstarts and Crime Patrol to understand different aspects of production in term of Direction, Camera techniques, Lighting etc.
From March 2016 to July 2016
During this period I was assigned executive work inside the channel as final phase of our training period. so as a show executive under the guidance of my mentor and manager I started handling the episodes to vet which were shorter in total length (30 min episodes 15 min shorter that original length). during this period I Individually supervised the edits of 25 episodes which averaged 0.7 TVR.
After reviewing my internship performance i was consumed within the company with some very good feedback from the internal team.
