Currently working with Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited as Manager (Project Planning and Monitoring & Controls). The HURL project is a greenfield project to set up a Fertilizer complex with associated utilities & offsite plant with an installed capacity of 3850X3= 11550 MTPD for Urea at three different locations in India

Actively involve in Site coordination and co-ordination with other stake holders (LSTK & Non-LSTK Contractors, Lenders, LIE, Department of Fertilizer- GOI, NITI AAYOG etc).

1. 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (1.27 MMTPA neem coated urea) Fertilizer Project at Gorakhpur (U.P)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approval of L-2/ L-4 Schedule (Primavera P6/MSP) of LSTK and Non LSTK agencies, preparation of Implementation Schedules like DCI, MCI and CCI. Follow-up with agencies on regular basis.
  • Preparation of Monthly progress report, S- Curves, current Challenges, look ahead schedule & catch-up plan based on the progress and submission to various stake holders i.e Promoter Companies, Department of Fertilizer (GoI), LIE/ Lenders as well as internal circulation.
  • Monitoring and controlling to meet the project management requirements with a view of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Flash Report to management
  • Presentation for Physical and Financial Progress to promoter companies, Consortium meeting with Lenders, progress review meeting with Secretary, DoF, Niti Aayog, company Board Meeting and SLT meeting with various LSTK & Non LSTK agencies
  • Generation of weekly and monthly alerts to concerned for Statutory approvals, Expiry of BG, Payment Tracker to contractors and shortfall in target quantities for the Month
  • Extensive usage of various inhouse tools such as Primavera, Wrench dashboard to generate different progress reports.
  • Co-ordination and interaction with all project team, sub-contractors and Project Head on regular basis
  • Preparation and Monitoring of Financial Budget of all three projects (Approx. Rs 25000 Crs.)
  • Preparation of Contractual letters to contractors.

  • Responsible for preparation Master drawing list, Material Control Index, Construction Control Index for each package of sub-contractors in line with approved L-2/L-4 Schedule.

  • Follow up and Co-ordination with Sub-Contractor for the timely completion of Job as per approved L2/L-4 Schedule.
  • Maintaining of all ISO standards, procedures and Testing at the up most level and Customer Satisfaction.
  • To ensure timely billing to the Owner and certification of Contractors bills to ensure proper cash flow of the project.
  • Preparation / Review of Engineering documents related with Electrical Equipments.
  • Coordination for Inspection of the material, issuance of MDCC for Timely dispatch of equipments.
