  • Ensured accurate, up-to-date records with automatic approvals, speeding up the process.
  • Collaborated with the Oracle Fusion technical team for setup and technical support.


2. Reverse Quest Daily entries automation :


  • Identified issues with daily RQ journal entries, where some were recorded to incorrect GLs and cost centers.
  • Categorized the issue into different buckets and developed a detailed project plan.
  • Collaborated with the Reverse Quest and Data Management teams to resolve the problem.
  • Conducted thorough testing to ensure accuracy before go-live.


3. Process Transition from Third Party to In-House :


  • Successfully transitioned multiple RMS-related accounts from Cognizant (third-party) to an in-house team, resulting in significant cost savings.
  • Identified and resolved reconciliation process issues during the transition phase to ensure seamless operations.
